Need help picking a paint colour? We’ll bring our paint chips to your home and work with you until we find just the right shade! Even if you need advice on more than just paint, have your flooring samples, fireplace tile, and fabric samples with you and we will help create the perfect colour schemes.
Concept Design
This first step provides our clients with preliminary design concepts. One, two, or more different concepts are presented by 3D Rendering .
Material and Finish Selection
Once a design is chosen we can help with implementation. We can present you with finish choices for cabinets, countertop, flooring, etc., or just give our opinion on what you find!
Furniture and Fixture Specification
This is when we get more specific with dimensions and placement. Whether it’s cabinet sizes, a sectional, or even selecting a new toilet, we will source out what is needed to finish your space.
Decor Specification
The next step is accessorizing. We will help with all of the decisions: window treatments, accessories, area rugs, right down to drawer pulls and artwork.
Home Staging
One of our talented stagers will come to your home and prepare it for showing. We start with a three hour staging package for $175, each additional hour at $75.
